This is Totim’s smallest bag size making it a versatile option for situations not requiring a full seat size bag. It is frequently used for additional lumbar support, but also an option for Micro / Midget seats and Karting seats. Totim® Racing Foam Seats Kits contains everything needed to make a customized foam racing seat. Fully sealed, no measuring, no pouring, no mess, no additional covering required and can be fitted in as little as 30 minutes.

Procedure isolates a self-expanding polyurethane foam inside a fully sealed cushion.

This bag comes in 3 Sizes: Small, Medium, Large

  • Small - T3096S - FOAM 0.6kg (60 x 50 cm) - Seat insert designed to fit under legs, lumbar or back area.  Will also fit Micro/Midget seats.

  • Medium - T3096L - FOAM 0.9kg (90 x 50 cm) - Seat insert designed to fit under legs, lumbar or back area.  Will also fit Micro/Midget seats.

  • Large - T3222 - FOAM 1.3kg (70 x 60 cm) – Seat insert designed to fit best in small seats like Micro/Midget or Karting

Setting time 15 minutes - time to use 1 hour.

    The seat will form a shape that fulfills driver’s needs, comfort, support with a contained fit.

    Choose your size based on the amount of space between the seat and the racing driver. The better the existing seat fits the driver, the smaller the cushion

    TOTIM® Racing recommends sizes for series, vehicle and drive size.

    For best results we recommend using too large of a cushion rather than too small. 

    Excess material at the edges can be cut to obtain the necessary shape for the driver.

  • Each kit consists of pre-packaged, pre-measured 2-part polyurethane that expands when mixed. You never touch the chemicals!

    Just break the seal between the two portions and knead the bag until the expanding foam causes the inner pouch to pop (about 50 seconds)

    Put the bag in the car and let it expand for another 40-50 seconds

    Place the driver in the car on the sealed rectangular bag.

    Let the bag expand to fit around the driver - 15 to 20 minutes, depending on kit size

    The foam seat shapes and molds around the driver.

    The insert is ready for use or trimming after 40 minutes of cure time

  • T3094: 1.7 kg - for large to medium sized drivers.

    T3094L: 2.1 kg - for small sized drivers..
