Arai GP-7 S SA2020 Auto Helmet
Arai’s popular GP-6 helmets has SA2020 upgrades and is now called the GP-7.
The (hand-constructed) GP-7 offers technical solutions for increased safety, comfort and performance. The list includes a unique shell material plus new ventilation, a soft EPS liner, a wider eye port, a repositioned shield pivot point, replaceable cheek pads and a new chin bar design.

Shell Construction PB-CLC
Peripherally Belted Complex Laminate Construction. The proprietary (super fiber belt) Peripheral Belt, (borrowed from F-1 technology greatly increases shell strength and flexibility while maintaining low weight and a lower center of gravity.
Ventilation
Restyled top air imports, and two additional exhaust ports.
Positive Shield Latch
A popular feature of all Arai’s helmets. This unique latch mechanism provides solid shield latching with an ease of use. The simplicity of the function masks the complexity of the design.
The new shield hardware allows the pivot point of the shield opening to move lower for increased shield vision and aerodynamics.. The wider eye port shield, and pivot hardware were all developed on the GP-7SRC (top level) and adapted for the GP-7 helmet
Soft EPS liner
The new shell gives you incredible strength and flexibility, and that strength allows Arai to use an extremely soft EPS liner that’s ultra comfortable.
The new chin bar with ridge design at the base of the shell lowers the center of gravity and increases the structural integrity of the helmet.
Replaceable Chin Pads
For the GP-7 the chin liner is now more easily removed to install a drink tube into the chin liner. The chin liner comes standard with 4 different drink hose placements
Eject Ready Crown Pad
A pre-cut pocket, under the crown pad, can be easily removed to accommodate an optional Eject system.
