Custom ear molds provide the perfect fit for optimum comfort with the best reliable and clear audio performance. Our racing customers and serious track-day participants always choose this option. Custom ear buds provide a better seal against exterior noise and since they have a custom fit they are less likely to fall out.

The custom ear mold kit comes complete with impression material and instructions to produce your own ear molds. When you complete your impression, simply return the molds back to Rugged Radios where they will merge the molds with their Challenger-II earbuds. This is usually a three to four week process.
