Carbotech Brake Pad CT493A-RP2

New in box. A front pad for the BMW E30 3-Series (not M3) 1982-91. The RP2 compound was engineered for endurance racing based on Carbotech’s highly successful XP Series formulations. The RP2 has strong initial bite, a little less modulation than the XP12, but still maintains the rotor friendliness of the XP series compounds. The RP2 has great fade resistance with a temperature range of 250°F to 1450°F+ (121°C to 787°C). The RP2 is as rotor friendly as the XP series compounds. Carbotech RP2 is NOT recommended for use as a daily driven street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise.
