Stand 21 Ultimate 20 Head and Neck Restraint
Weighs less than 1lb (without padding and tethers) The Ultimate features an all carbon-fiber featuring an exclusive RTM (resin transfer technology) construction with a UD monolithic section. The new refined monolithic technology permits a new design for the units legs (the area that extends down over the chest.) This has allowed the ‘legs’ thickness to be reduced from 1 4 mm to the current models of 4 mm! This also allows a closer fit to the front torso. In addition the arched top has been reengineered and redesigned to a slim 2 mm thickness . This reduces the helmet-to-seat space for increased safety. Only weight has been sacrificed - never safety, protection or durability.
The 20-degree setback is perfect for most sports car setups. Floating tethers maximize head mobility for increased comfort while still providing protection at multiple angles. Anchors are not included.
